Updated Feb 17, 2024 The Lion dances from Lunar New Year, the year of the Dragon! An institution of food and culture in OKC, Oklahoma and surrounding regions! Been around since the first days for NEW immigrants that arrived in OK. Like a beacon, seek and all come to find things that we long for and missed ... and once again found it, even if just briefly thru the taste buds! Super Cao Nguyen got it all, spices, dried goods, can goods, fresh goodies for all cultures! Did.I mention the sake ?

If you need anything and I mean anything for sushi, kimchci and more you will find it here! Prices are reasonable to! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Our first time here and we definitely will be back!

I first got introduced to this place by one of my friends here in OKC when I first moved here and fell in love because of how it reminded me of back home in Panama. They have updated the aisles and it’s got a lot more space to maneuver around. They have kitchen utensils in the back and equipment, they have everything from fish to fruits and everything in between. My favorite snacks to get are the different types of Lays as well as the Yan-Yan cracker stick with chocolate dip. I was able to find my childhood sweets as well which was amazing! They have a large meat and seafood department as well. When you first come in, you see a small bakery which serves hot pastries which are to die for. They also added a pharmacy as well which is really cool.

This place blew my mind with its selection! I love Asian supermarkets, and they carry everything I've ever seen and so much more. I could bankrupt myself here.

Be careful checking expiration dates since most items are imported but overall lovely! Been going for well over 10 years and Super Cao Nguyen has never failed me! I always find what I need. The owner let me know that most shipments arrive between Monday night and Tuesday. Best times to go in my opinion are Tuesday Nights or Wednesdays!

After visiting the world international food market on south Pennsylvania i just had to come here to compare the Asian variety and both have unique pros that do not compare with each other. Definitely a hidden gem in the heart of Oklahoma city. Exotic flavors of almost everything you can think of.

I haven't been at a Chinese grocery store yet that doesn't blow my mind. Gensing, teas, different types of food just everything. The prices are greet. This last one I went to made my feel like they were watching me though it might have been me I don't know, anyway I don't really pay people and their ways any attention I go and get what I want and Go about my business.

They sell frozen Tempeh here!! Wide variety of selection on asian products, relatively clean, and larger compared to Chinatown market nearby. Plenty of parking and there are a few dine-in restaurants right inside this building also 👍. FYI, Amex cards are not accepted.

Great selection for your asian grocery needs. We love the bao buns and other treats. We've gone two years in a row for the lunar new year celebrations, I appreciate them supporting the local youth!
